Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return your online purchase please ensure all tags are intact for a full refund or exchange. In order to receive full credit less original shipping charge on your order all returns and exchanges must be done within 30 days of shipping.

Returned merchandise must be sent by a traceable method to ensure documented delivery to us. Packages must be returned to us pre-paid, we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change however we offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment on items purchased within 14 days where by the price of the item was at regular price. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on Nygard.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
